Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert on pipeline health, capacity, and bottlenecks.
• Manage complex scheduling scenarios end-to-end, including changes and reschedules.
• Own escalation paths and drive resolutions with managers.
• Lead end-to-end projects and ensure coverage during absences and surges.
• Maintain high-touch candidate experience and clear status updates.
