Job summary

Convatec is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to oversee new product development and lifecycle management for Ostomy Care projects. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations and Commercial teams to meet scope, timing and budgets.

You will lead teams to deliver high-priority projects, set realistic milestones, and ensure rigorous adherence to IDEAL processes. A strong PM background in medical devices with excellent communication is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience successfully managing and delivering New Product Development projects in a regulated industry.
• Experience with medical devices or similarly regulated environments is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office suite and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver high-priority NPD and lifecycle projects on time and within scope.
• Develop detailed project plans, milestones, and resource plans.
• Ensure compliance with Design Control and IDEAL processes; prepare for Gate reviews.
• Maintain effective stakeholder communication and escalate risks promptly.
