Job summary

Convatec is seeking a Lead Technical Project Manager to oversee Advanced Wound Care new product development and lifecycle programs. You will drive planning, execution, tracking and reporting, coordinating with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations and Commercial teams to meet scope, timing and budget.

You will build high-performing cross-functional teams, create detailed project plans, and ensure governance, risk management and IDEAL adherence across programs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering New Product Development projects for a medical device company.
• Good understanding of ISO 13485 and design controls.
• Prior experience developing wound care products strongly preferred.
• Strong proficiency in MS Word, MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, database software, MS Outlook, Project Management Cloud Software.

Responsibilities

• Project manage and deliver high priority projects on time and within scope and budget.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations and Commercial.
• Establish communication plans with stakeholders and provide progress updates.
• Support PMO to enhance project management tools and processes.
