Job summary

Convatec is seeking a Lead Technical Project Manager to oversee the development and lifecycle management of Advanced Wound Care products within the Next Generation Adaptive Platform. You will drive cross-functional execution with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations and Commercial teams to meet scope, timing and budget.

Responsibilities include creating and maintaining detailed project plans, budgeting with finance, and leading for Gate reviews while ensuring IDEAL process adherence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years managing NPD projects for a medical device company.
• Strong understanding of ISO 13485 and design controls.
• Prior experience developing wound care products strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken communication; ability to lead across functions.

Responsibilities

• Consistently project manage and deliver high priority projects on time and within scope and budget.
• Create detailed project plans identifying activities and required resources.
• Work with finance to input annual budget planning and monthly spend predictions.
• Establish effective communication plans for stakeholder management.
• Prepare for Gate reviews with core team and adherence to IDEAL processes.
• Support PMO to enhance project management tools, processes, and systems.
