Zusammenfassung

Convatec is seeking a Lead Technical Project Manager to oversee early-stage and lifecycle management of Advanced Wound Care products within the Next Generation Adaptive Platform. You will drive cross-functional execution with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations and Commercial teams to meet scope, timing, and budget.

Qualifikationen

7+ years of experience managing NPD projects in medical devices.
Knowledge of ISO 13485 and design controls.
Experience with wound care products preferred.
Proficient in MS Office suite and PM software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams.

Project manage high-priority NPD and lifecycle projects on time and within scope.
Build and nurture a high-performing team culture.
Create detailed project plans and resource estimates.
Coordinate with finance for annual budgets and monthly spend.
Develop effective stakeholder communication plans.
Monitor schedules, risks, and issues; escalate when needed.
Maintain documentation and support IDEAL product development process.
Assist PMO in improving PM tools and processes.
