Job summary

Convatec seeks a Lead Technical Project Manager to oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and reporting for Advanced Wound Care development and lifecycle projects on the Next Generation Adaptive Platform. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations and Commercial teams to meet scope, timing and budget.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience successfully managing and delivering New Product Development projects for a medical device company.
Good understanding of ISO 13485 and design controls.
Prior experience developing wound care products strongly preferred.
Strong communicator with clear, thorough and timely written and verbal skills.
Leader and team-worker who networks across a complex organization and drives results.

Responsibilities

Consistently project manage and deliver high priority projects on time and within scope and budget.
Establish and nurture a high-performing cross-functional team culture.
Create detailed project plans and allocate resources required to complete activities.
Coordinate with finance for annual budget planning and monthly spend forecasts.
Develop communication plans for stakeholders and monitor project progress with senior management.
