Job summary

Convatec in the United Kingdom seeks a Lead Technical Project Manager to steer Advanced Wound Care new product development and lifecycle projects, ensuring scope, timing and budget compliance through cross-functional collaboration with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations and Commercial teams.

You will have 7+ years in medical device NPD, strong ISO 13485 knowledge, and proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Science; MS preferred.
• PM certification is preferred (PMP, APM or equivalent).
• 7+ years of experience delivering New Product Development for medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Consistently project manage and deliver high priority projects on time and budget.
• Establish and nurture a high-performing cross-functional team culture.
• Create detailed project plans and allocate resources.
• Coordinate with finance for annual budgets and monthly spend.
• Implement effective stakeholder communication and risk management.
