Instinct Resourcing is seeking an experienced Senior Learning Designer to own the end-to-end development of digital and blended learning for healthcare professionals and academic audiences. You will transform complex content into engaging, accessible courses, using Articulate Rise and Moodle to deliver high educational quality.

Qualifications

• Strong instructional design experience across digital and blended learning.
• Hands-on Articulate Rise development with course and assessment building.
• Excellent written English and ability to tailor content for an international audience.
• Ability to design learning objectives and assessments that drive knowledge transfer.
• Experience structuring courses within Moodle and collaborating with SMEs.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop digital and blended learning programmes for healthcare professionals and academia.
• Define learning objectives, structure content and develop meaningful assessments and activities.
• Build complete modules in Articulate Rise and enhance engagement with interactive elements.
• Create supporting graphics and perform basic video editing as needed.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to review content and maintain standards.
• Support the learner journey and course structure within Moodle.
