Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience developing eLearning content with Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
• Strong instructional design principles and adult learning knowledge.
• Ability to translate SME content into engaging learning experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong storyboard skills to structure learning journeys.
• Attention to detail with testing and QA.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of WCAG accessibility and responsive design advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal team to define learning objectives and audiences.
• Analyse content and develop detailed storyboards translating information into learner-centred experiences.
• Identify opportunities for interactive elements, scenarios, checks, simulations and other instructional strategies.
• Design, develop, and publish high-quality eLearning modules using Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
• Ensure alignment with instructional design standards and organisational guidelines.
• Incorporate multimedia assets, interactions, animations, assessments, and accessibility features.
• Conduct quality assurance to ensure functionality across devices and LMS.
• Facilitate review cycles, document feedback, and manage version control.
• Manage multiple eLearning development projects, meeting milestones.
• Maintain consistent branding, visuals, tone, and learning standards.
• Collaborate to continually improve learning solutions and processes.
