Job summary

Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) is seeking an expert E Learning Developer to drive the hands-on development and delivery of learning content for a national eLearning transformation. You will work with Articulate Rise and other tools to modernise the catalogue, ensuring accessibility and quality across 34+ modules.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience developing, building and maintaining interactive eLearning content using Articulate 360.
• Proficiency in applying instructional design principles to create accessible, learner-centred content.
• Strong knowledge of WCAG and accessibility requirements in online learning environments.

Responsibilities

• Review existing content and assets to identify opportunities for improvement and migration.
• Rebuild content using Articulate Rise and other agreed authoring tools to meet standards.
• Apply design templates, branding and build guidelines for consistency across the catalogue.
• Update assessments, knowledge checks, scenarios and learner resources as required.
• Support migration from legacy platforms into the new learning environment.
• Create and maintain storyboards, content maps and build records.
• Ensure outputs align with learning objectives and learner needs.
• Collaborate with project team and stakeholders to deliver deadlines.
• Test content for accessibility, usability and across devices before release.
• Maintain high quality and stay current with eLearning design developments.
