Job summary

HCRG Care Group is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to create engaging digital and blended learning solutions that align with organisational goals. You’ll lead end-to-end design projects, shaping learning journeys across the business with modern tools and best practices.

The role emphasizes collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders, embedding accessibility, learning theory, and evaluation to continuously improve content.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing digital and blended learning solutions.
• Ability to collaborate with SMEs, managers and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with authoring tools and eLearning formats.
• Understanding of WCAG AA accessibility standards and ED&I.

Responsibilities

• Design digital, blended and face-to-face learning solutions.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to identify learning needs.
• Develop diverse learning formats (eLearning, microlearning, videos, infographics, simulations).
• Use SCORM/xAPI and LMS platforms for delivery and evaluation.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to standards and templates.
