- 7–10 years of ecommerce logistics or transformation experience
- Understanding of fulfilment, delivery and returns operations
- Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills
- Experience delivering programmes or transformation initiatives
- Ability to work independently in remote environments
Responsibilities
- Support fulfilment and delivery transformation programmes
- Coordinate carrier and operational rollout activities
- Support delivery governance and operational reporting
- Contribute to returns and reverse logistics initiatives
- Coordinate implementation and operational readiness activities
- Work with client teams and external partners
- Support programme stabilisation and transition activities
