Job summary

The Growth Foundation is seeking an experienced Head of Logistics to own procurement, supply planning and inbound logistics for a fast-growing ecommerce brand with an international customer base. This fully remote UK role offers significant ownership over supplier relationships, purchasing, inventory and stock movement from manufacturer to warehouse.

You will lead forecasting, negotiate with suppliers, manage 3PLs and build robust logistics strategies that protect margin and support growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing procurement, supply planning and inbound logistics.
• Experience leading a team of 3 to 10, including hiring and performance management.
• Strong forecasting, inventory planning and purchasing experience.
• Experience managing manufacturers and suppliers internationally.
• Strong analytical skills with supply chain data and KPIs.
• Proactive, commercially minded approach in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement and supply planning across the product range.
• Lead demand forecasting and inventory planning across the SKU portfolio.
• Own purchase order placement and timing with suppliers (lead times, MOQs).
• Negotiate pricing, terms, lead times and service levels with manufacturers.
• Manage freight forwarder relationships, rates and SLAs.
• Own inbound freight strategy including sea vs air, routing and shipment planning.
• Ensure end-to-end inbound process from supplier to warehouse/3PL.
• Develop and optimise landed cost and cashflow implications.
• Lead supply chain planning for peak trading periods and new product launches.
• Ensure compliance with customs, transport and regulatory requirements UK/EU/US.
• Maintain accurate supply chain data across systems.
