Job summary

JH is hiring a Delivery Lead for a fully remote UK role. You will own day-to-day delivery across client accounts, align teams, and keep work moving with the Head of Delivery (Rich Cross). You’ll shape epics, stories and acceptance criteria, and foster strong client relationships while maintaining delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Delivery experience leading digital projects in a fast-moving agency or similar environment.
• Direct client ownership and the ability to shift priorities with confidence.
• Comfort discussing development, testing and deployment with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Define epics, stories and acceptance criteria with clients and translate needs into actionable plans.
• Plan sprint directions and communicate shifts clearly to stakeholders.
• Coordinate QA and releases to ensure quality outcomes.
• Run stand-ups and progress reports that executives trust.
• Resolve issues using judgement and involve senior input when needed.
• Continuously improve processes to scale delivery across the pod.
