Humana Inc. is seeking a Business Intelligence Lead to act as a strategic analytics partner for the Conversational Channels product line, including IVR, IVA, and AI-driven member experiences.

The role combines deep analytics with product and leadership capabilities to guide cross-functional teams. You will mentor BI Engineers, drive KPI governance, and deliver executive dashboards and scorecards using Power BI.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in BI/analytics, analytics or data engineering.
• Experience translating business needs into analytics solutions.
• Experience presenting to Senior Leadership.
• Strong SQL and Power BI skills.
• Experience in Agile delivery and cross-functional leadership.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary analytics partner for Conversational Channel initiatives (IVR, IVA, AI).
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, operations to define outcomes.
• Support prioritization, roadmap planning, and execution tracking.
• Translate objectives into measurable analytics requirements before start.
• Mentor BI Engineers and raise reporting standards.
• Lead analytics work within Agile delivery, including sprint planning.
• Develop executive dashboards and scorecards using Power BI.
• Analyze channel performance metrics and customer experience indicators.
• Present insights to senior leaders clearly and concisely.
