Job summary

Lifeplus is seeking a Senior BI Analyst to deliver reporting, analysis and insight to support operational performance and decision-making across the business. You will translate business needs into meaningful reporting solutions, develop dashboards and outputs, and provide insight for both day-to-day operations and strategic decisions.

You'll work closely with operational leaders and Customer Care to deliver governance, data quality and analytical capability enhancements within a hybrid office

Qualifications

• Experience delivering reporting, dashboards and analysis in a BI or data-focused role.
• Experience producing insight that supports operational or business decision-making.
• Experience translating business requirements into reporting or analytical outputs.
• Experience analysing data to identify trends, issues or improvement opportunities.
• Experience working with stakeholders to define and deliver reporting requirements.
• Experience maintaining data quality, reporting standards or governance practices.
• Experience supporting or guiding junior analysts or colleagues.
• Experience improving reporting processes, datasets or analytical approaches.

Responsibilities

• Own, develop and maintain reporting, dashboards and analytical outputs used for operational and business decision-making
• Provide reporting expertise and guidance to Customer Care and wider operational stakeholders
• Deliver detailed analysis to identify performance trends, operational risks and improvement opportunities
• Produce regular and ad-hoc reporting for both operational and leadership audiences
• Translate business requirements into clear reporting and analytical solutions
• Maintain data quality standards, reporting consistency and governance practices
• Support improvements to reporting tools, datasets and analytical approaches
• Provide informal support and guidance to junior analysts within the team
