Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a fully remote Data and Reporting Professional 2. You will report to the Associate Director, Data and Reporting and create ad hoc reports and regular datasets for end users using system tools and data warehouse queries.

You will interpret business requests and determine the appropriate action. Key duties include data integration, maintaining report forms and dashboards, and developing data generators.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of technical data reporting experience.
• 1+ years of SQL and/or SAS experience.
• 1+ years of Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI experience.
• Experience creating automated reports and self-service tools.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivots, charts).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Integrate data from multiple sources to produce required data elements.
• Program and maintain report forms, dashboards, and data generators.
• May create specifications for reports based on business requests.
• Understand department and organizational strategy and operating goals.
• Make decisions with minimal direction when needed.
• Follow established guidelines and procedures.
