Job summary

Remote is seeking a Senior Account Executive for AMER to drive net new business in a fully remote, global role. You will cultivate relationships with senior buyers, qualify opportunities, and close deals in the SaaS HR platform space.

You will operate in a high-velocity sales environment, building a robust pipeline and forecasting revenue while collaborating with the Account Management and Customer Success teams to ensure a smooth post-sale transition.

Responsibilities

• Create Land opportunities with detailed notes and close dates.
• Build relationships with prospective clients and key decision makers.
• Consistently meet or exceed revenue quotas.
• Maintain a clean, current pipeline of opportunities.
• Qualify prospects and drive the sales process to execution.
• Forecast monthly and quarterly revenue for the territory.
