Job summary

Flourish is seeking an ambitious SDR to identify and develop opportunities in technology, gaming and entertainment, engaging senior decision-makers and creating commercial opportunities for the team.

This remote role requires a proactive communicator who can manage multiple conversations across channels (phone, email, LinkedIn) and work closely with BD and marketing. London-based commute may be needed for in-person events or meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience in telemarketing, business development or similar sales roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence building relationships over phone, email and social channels.
• Proactive, self-motivated approach to outreach.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop opportunities across technology, gaming and entertainment industries.
• Engage with senior decision-makers to create opportunities for the team.
• Qualify prospects and understand potential business needs.
• Book and coordinate introductory meetings with prospects.
• Identify opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Keep longer-term prospects engaged and nurtured.
• Update and manage prospect information in the CRM.
• Collaborate with BD and marketing teams.
