Flourish is hiring a Business Development Representative for a UK remote role focused on tech, gaming and creative sectors. You’ll identify decision-makers, initiate conversations, and move opportunities toward meetings with the Founder, then progress to the next deal.

You don’t need years of sector experience; attitude, confidence and drive matter. You’ll work toward clear targets, building a strong pipeline and attending major industry events when possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, events, recruitment or similar commercially driven roles qualifies you.
• Strong communication and listening skills are essential.
• Ability to identify decision-makers and move deals forward.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients in tech, gaming, and live events.
• Initiate conversations by phone and digital channels.
• Build a personal pipeline using email, LinkedIn and calls.
• Book qualified meetings and progress conversations to closure.
• Nurture relationships until timing is right and document in CRM.
