Responsibilities

Prospecting and engaging businesses through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
Identifying companies actively hiring and could benefit from T3AM's recruitment services.
Speaking with decision-makers including business owners, directors, HR and hiring managers.
Qualifying prospective customers and understanding their recruitment requirements.
Booking qualified meetings and generating opportunities for the wider sales and recruitment team.
Maintaining accurate prospect and activity information within our CRM.
Achieving agreed activity, meeting and new business targets.
