Qualifications

• ESSENTIAL: confident telephone manner and professional communication.
• Experience in sales, telesales, business development or appointment setting is desirable.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and LinkedIn for prospecting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and engaging businesses through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Identify companies actively hiring and could benefit from recruitment services.
• Speak with decision-makers including business owners, directors, HR and hiring managers.
• Qualify prospective customers and understand recruitment requirements.
• Book qualified meetings and generate opportunities for the team.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity information in the CRM.
• Achieve agreed activity, meeting and new business targets.
