Job summary

T3AM Global is expanding its sales team and seeks ambitious Sales Development Representatives to identify and engage prospective clients across the UK. The role offers home-based, hybrid and office-based opportunities depending on location, with a performance and commission-based earning structure.

You will prospect, qualify and set meetings, then generate opportunities for the recruitment teams while maintaining CRM records and hitting targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or B2B is desirable.
• Experience in recruitment or appointment setting is an advantage.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and engaging businesses through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Qualifying prospective customers and understanding their recruitment requirements.
• Booking qualified meetings and generating opportunities for the wider sales and recruitment team.
• Maintaining accurate prospect and activity information within our CRM.
• Achieving agreed activity, meeting and new business targets.
