Qualifications

• Essential: confident telephone manner and professional communication.

• Desirable: experience in sales, telesales, business development or appointment setting.
• Desirable: recruitment or B2B sales experience; CRM/LinkedIn familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and engaging businesses through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Identifying companies that are actively hiring and could benefit from recruitment services.
• Speaking with decision-makers including business owners, directors, HR and hiring managers.
• Qualifying prospective customers and understanding their recruitment requirements.
• Booking qualified meetings and generating opportunities for the wider sales and recruitment team.
• Maintaining accurate prospect and activity information within our CRM.
• Achieving agreed activity, meeting and new business targets.
