As a Sales Development Representative, you will identify and engage prospective clients, qualify opportunities, and book meetings for the recruitment teams. This is commission-based and based on performance, with options for home-based, hybrid, or office-based

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and engaging businesses through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels
• Identifying companies that are actively hiring and could benefit from T3AM's recruitment services
• Speaking with decision-makers including business owners, directors, HR and hiring managers
• Qualifying prospective customers and understanding their recruitment requirements
• Booking qualified meetings and generating opportunities for the wider sales and recruitment team
• Maintaining accurate prospect and activity information within our CRM
• Achieving agreed activity, meeting and new business targets
