Job summary

T3AM Global is hiring Sales Development Representatives to identify and engage prospective customers and generate qualified opportunities for our recruitment teams. This performance-driven role offers home-based, hybrid, or office-based work options depending on location and a commission-based earnings structure.

You will prospect, qualify and book meetings, building relationships with decision-makers and using CRM tools to track activity.

Qualifications

• It is ESSENTIAL to have a confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are required.
• Ability to stay motivated in a target-driven, performance-based environment.
• Experience speaking with businesses and approaching new prospects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and engaging businesses through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Identifying companies actively hiring and could benefit from recruitment services.
• Speaking with decision-makers such as business owners, directors, HR and hiring managers.
• Qualifying prospective customers and understanding recruitment requirements.
• Booking qualified meetings and generating opportunities for the team.
• Maintaining accurate prospect data within CRM and meeting targets.
