Technify Talent is recruiting a Sales Manager for a UK defence-technology business serving Civil CNI. You’ll develop new business, manage strategic accounts and drive growth across airports, energy utilities, ports and transport operators with advanced detection and counter-drone solutions.

You’ll engage senior stakeholders, lead proposals and tenders, collaborate with engineering, and travel internationally as needed.

Formación

• Proven track record of winning new B2B business.
• Experience selling technical products or integrated solutions.
• Strong engagement, negotiation and account development.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and international opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and win new business across Civil CNI and security markets.
• Build relationships with senior commercial, operational and technical decision-makers.
• Develop strategic accounts and cross-sell additional products.
• Collaborate with engineering to tailor integrated solutions.
• Lead presentations, proposals, tenders and negotiations.
• Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle.
• Maintain a robust CRM pipeline and accurate forecasts.
• Represent the company at events and demonstrations.
