Job summary

Expert Employment Limited is seeking a Sales Manager to develop and grow Secure Tactical Communications across UK defence, government and secure communications markets. You will engage stakeholders, identify requirements and work with technical teams to translate opportunities into results.

The role requires a track record in business development or commercial sales within defence or secure communications, fluency with the UK MoD procurement process, and the ability to travel within the UK and

Qualifications

Experience in business development, account management or commercial sales within defence, government or secure communications.
Fluency with UK MoD structure and defence procurement
Knowledge of secure and tactical communications, including MANET, networking, RF or IP communications
Track record of identifying requirements and converting them into commercially successful solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop UK defence, government and security customer relationships.
Identify and exploit new business opportunities and manage sales pipelines.
Support bids, pricing, customer demonstrations and field trials.
Monitor market developments and emerging defence technologies.
Travel within the UK and internationally as required.
Engage ex military applications with relevant defence and customer facing experience welcome.
