Airbus Protect Limited is seeking a Sales Manager to join the UK team in Filton to strengthen the Airbus Protect activities. The role focuses on selling cybersecurity (SOC/MDR) services, building strategic client relationships and guiding the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.

The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years in cybersecurity sales, a strong network in CNI/Defence/aeronautics, and be fluent in English, with eligibility for UK security clearance.

Competenze

• Degree in management or IT-related topics.
• 5–10 years of sales experience in cybersecurity, preferably with SOC/MDR.
• Strong cybersecurity network within CNI, Defence or aeronautical industries.
• Experience with key accounts, complex sales cycles, and AI tools.
• Ability to work with international teams and maintain integrity.
• Security clearance or eligibility for UK vetting.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Autonomous, proactive, and rigorous with attention to detail.
• Consultative approach to architecting customer solutions.
• Team player who collaborates in a small team.

Mansioni

• Define and implement UK go-to-market strategy for Airbus Protect.
• Expand external client portfolio in aeronautical, Defence and related sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-levels, CIOs and CISOs.
• Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
• Support Strategy with competitive and technological intelligence.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and reliable revenue forecasts in CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing and business units for strategic alignment.
