Job summary

Applied Intuition, a defence-focused technical provider, seeks a bright engineer to support pre-sales across the UK and EMEA defence portfolio. You will work with uniformed and civilian customers to tailor solutions and ensure maximum impact in autonomous systems adoption.

The role requires UK security clearance (or ability to obtain), 3+ years in defence or related tech, and strong C/C++/Python programming with excellent English communication. In-office role with some flexibility for scheduling.

Qualifications

• Clearance: UK Security Clearance, or ability to attain it.
• Industry experience: 3+ years in Defence or related technical domain.
• Project management: execution-driven, detail-oriented, multi-engagement capacity.
• Technical consulting: experience solving complex software/vehicle systems problems with customers.
• Education: degree in CS or EE or related field.
• Technical skills: programming in C/C++, Python, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Pre-Sales Support: aid in scoping technical solutions and delivery.
• Serve as a Technical Bridge: liaison between defence customers and engineering/product teams.
• Drive Customer Adoption: support end-users to increase product adoption.
• Lead Customer Engagements: guide discussions, architecture reviews, demos, deployments.
