NeuralGuard is hiring a Sales Manager for the UK and Europe to turn market interest into signed contracts. You will own the full sales cycle across the region, from initial conversations to close, while building relationships with airports, transport operators, government bodies and security integrators.

You will lead with English and French, travel regularly across the UK and EU, and collaborate with leadership to shape our go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications

• Location: UK or EU resident with right to work
• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken
• Proven B2B software or complex solution sales track record
• Full-cycle ownership from prospecting to close
• Experience managing channel partners or OEMs
• Willing to travel regularly across the UK and EU
• Self-starter with ability to work independently
• Strong communication to senior and technical audiences

Responsabilités

• Own and grow UK/EU sales pipeline from prospecting to close
• Hit and exceed annual revenue and new-logo targets
• Build relationships with airports, transport operators, government bodies and security integrators
• Lead sales conversations in English and French with francophone markets
• Manage tenders and public procurement with product and technical teams
• Represent NeuralGuard at industry events, trade shows and customer sites
• Provide market and customer insight to shape the roadmap and forecasts
