Job summary

Interface Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager for Client Success & Commercial Growth to join a fast-evolving SaaS organization delivering a cloud-based employee health platform. You will lead end-to-end delivery for enterprise clients and build trusted partnerships to maximise value and adoption.

You’ll own scoping, planning, budgets, governance, and metrics, mentor a small PM team, and spot opportunities to grow accounts through product expansion and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing client-facing projects in a software or SaaS setting.
• Delivery of complex multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end.
• Experience in Agile and Waterfall delivery models.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects (Client Implementation, Business Change, Product Development).
• Own project success from scoping through planning, resourcing and delivery to closure.
• Define objectives and budgets with Account Management, CEO and Operations.
• Maintain project plans and manage internal/external expectations.
• Conduct monthly client success meetings to track value delivery and satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and align roadmaps with client objectives.
• Convert client feedback into proposals with technical and commercial teams.
• Mentor a small PM team and uphold gated governance and reporting.
