Job summary

TRIA is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join a fast-moving, start-up style team within a global, data-driven organisation. You’ll lead end-to-end delivery of the platform to customers, acting as the primary contact during onboarding and implementation.

You’ll coordinate with customer success, engineering, data and design teams, manage timelines, risks and priorities, and ensure a seamless journey from kickoff to go-live.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in SaaS.
• Ability to manage client relationships and expectations across multiple teams.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for enterprise clients.
• Keep projects on track with timelines, risks and priorities.
• Coordinate technical delivery, including data work and customisations.
• Track progress and report updates to stakeholders and teams.
