Job summary

Salient Group is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own the full customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, in London. You’ll work on implementing our AI-enabled SaaS platform for HR and talent teams and partner with product and support to drive adoption.

The role emphasizes building strong client relationships, forecasting churn, and identifying growth opportunities in a fast-growing scale-up environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding, customer success or implementation within SaaS (HR tech preferred).
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience dealing with AI, HR, talent or professional services businesses.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, earlier-stage scale-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full customer life cycle from onboarding through to implementation.
• Own and manage renewals across your portfolio, forecasting risk early and keeping retention high.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and hand them to the sales team with clear context.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally, feeding insights back to Product and Support.
• Work closely with leadership, marketing, solutions and product teams to drive engagement and retention.
