Job summary

Insight222 is seeking a Client Success Manager to nurture long-term relationships with organisations participating in the People Analytics Program. You will manage onboarding, ongoing engagement and renewals across 30–50 clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring maximum value from our products and services.

Qualifications

• Experience in a People Analytics team or function.
• Strong consultative and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify client challenges and deliver value across multiple touchpoints.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 30–50 clients, overseeing engagement, onboarding, renewals and growth.
• Act as client advocate to ensure maximum value from Insight222’s offerings.
• Coordinate with SMEs and other teams to provide tailored support.
• Track client health, satisfaction and renewal risk across the portfolio.
• Drive proactive outreach, events and community engagement within the Portal.
