Job summary

Salt Search is seeking a Project Coordinator for a remote SaaS platform engagement. You will oversee the customer journey from onboarding to go-live, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring world-class support.

This role starts ASAP with an initial around 30 hours/week, and potential to grow as the project scales. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in related roles, experience with Jira/Asana/Trello/Notion, and are comfortable in a remote-first environment across time zones.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project management or customer-facing roles.
• Experience with a SaaS platform and remote work tools.
• Native-level English with clear, accessible communication.
• Comfortable navigating a modern SaaS environment and learning new product features.
• Experience using Jira, Asana, Trello or Notion for task tracking.
• Able to read analytics and summarize key insights.

Responsibilities

• Act as first-line contact for customers using our learning platform.
• Drive successful implementations and troubleshoot issues asynchronously.
• Provide technical and configuration support; respond to questions via email/async channels.
• Run 1:1 trainings, onboarding sessions, kick-offs and troubleshooting calls.
• Use templates to help customers structure rollouts and learning programs.
• Create or adapt lightweight training materials as needed.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and share concise recaps with next steps.
• Collect structured bug reports and product feedback, highlighting patterns.
• Handle customer escalations and manage expectations on scope and timelines.
• Help customers interpret analytics to understand learner behavior and improve training.
