Job summary

Reslink is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to own customer projects from planning to delivery. You will work hands-on with customers to understand their business needs, demonstrate the platform, support presales, and help with technical questions after delivery.

The role blends project management with customer success, requiring proactive communication, strong organization, and the ability to operate across commercial and technical teams in a fast-moving SaaS company.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in a customer-facing role in a digital/technical environment
• UK-based, ideally North West (Greater Manchester/Merseyside) or willing to travel to Manchester/Liverpool within an hour
• Primarily works from home
• Experience in delivering projects successfully in SaaS/technology environments
• Strong communication with both commercial and technical stakeholders
• Willing to wear many hats across project management, customer, technical and commercial areas

Responsibilities

• Manage customer projects from initial planning through successful delivery
• Be a key point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Build trusted relationships and understand customers' pain points and needs
• Explore how customers use the platform and identify improvement opportunities
• Proactively communicate updates and follow up on actions
• Coordinate internal teams to align on requirements and timelines
• Translate customer requirements into actionable project deliverables
• Configure Reslink platform based on customer processes
• Keep projects on track and resolve issues promptly
• Run product demos and present technical features to customers
• Support presales and technical sales activities
• Assist customers with implementation, adoption and ongoing use
• Provide technical guidance during and after projects
• Collaborate with commercial and technical teams for practical solutions
• Continuously look for ways to improve processes and satisfaction
