Job summary

Principle is seeking a Customer Onboarding & Implementation Coordinator to drive onboarding and SaaS implementation for customers across the UK. The role is fully remote within the UK and starts at 30 hours per week, ramping to 40 hours as projects scale.

You will manage onboarding, run sessions and coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in customer success or SaaS implementation, with strong English communication and experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in customer success, SaaS implementation or project coordination.
• Experience working with external customers in SaaS/software.
• Experience coordinating onboarding/implementation deliverables.
• Comfortable troubleshooting SaaS products and explaining solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer onboarding and SaaS implementation projects from kick-off to go-live.
• Be primary point of contact for assigned customers and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Lead onboarding sessions, product demos, training, and project meetings.
• Provide first-line product support and troubleshoot issues.
• Investigate customer-reported problems and document findings for resolution.
• Manage project timelines, actions, and stakeholder communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Use project management tools to track progress and deliverables.
• Analyze data and platform usage to identify adoption opportunities.
• Support customers across international markets, including the Middle East.
