Salt is seeking a Project Coordinator for our remote SaaS onboarding journey in the United Kingdom. You will guide customers from kickoff through go-live, ensuring world-class support and smooth cross‑team coordination.

Responsibilities include onboarding sessions, issue reproduction, creating lightweight training materials, and collecting feedback. You will be the spider in the web, uniting stakeholders across time zones to drive successful implementations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project management or customer-facing roles.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and remote work tools.
• Native-level English; clear technical communication.
• Ability to work asynchronously and across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first-line contact for customers using our learning platform.
• Drive successful implementations and troubleshoot issues asynchronously.
• Provide technical and configuration support via email and async channels.
• Run trainings, onboarding sessions, kick-offs, and troubleshooting calls.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and share concise recaps with next steps.
• Collect structured bug reports and product feedback, highlighting recurring issues.
• Handle customer escalations and manage scope, timelines, and resources.
• Help customers interpret analytics to improve training effectiveness.
