Job summary

Connect Group is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to own forecasting, drive GTM systems improvements, and optimise partner-channel operations across the go-to-market function. You will contribute to executive decision-making with robust data-backed insights.

In this autonomous role, you’ll leverage modern AI tools to speed up workflows and collaborate with a fast-moving team across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Remote UK work is supported.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or growth-focused commercial roles (Series A/B or high-growth SaaS preferred).
• Experience with HubSpot and CRM architecture; admin/architecture fluency required, deep coding not needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the forecasting cycle and partner with leadership to track performance and variance.
• Collaborate with GTM Systems Manager and RevOps Analyst to streamline SDR and demand-operations workflows and consolidate systems.
• Design and optimise partner-channel operations, including commissions and cross-functional alignment.
• Build and maintain executive dashboards providing a single source of truth across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success.
