Job summary

Arrive, London-based mobility platform, seeks a Revenue Operations Manager for A&D to design the operating system powering its global commercial organisation. You’ll partner with sales leadership, COO, and Finance to establish governance, CRM foundations, and scalable processes from day one.

Based in London with remote options, you’ll own Salesforce architecture, data quality, tooling integrations, and executive dashboards to enable predictable growth and confident decision-making.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in revenue or sales operations.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable processes.
• Strong data analysis and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the operating model for A&D's global commercial org.
• Lead Salesforce setup, pipeline structure, forecasting, and reporting.
• Build governance and dashboards to inform leadership decisions.
• Coordinate with Finance, Enablement, Analytics and central functions.
