Job summary

monday.com, the AI work platform powering global teams, seeks a RevOps Manager in London to partner with the VP of Revenue Growth. You will own forecasting, planning, analytics and processes, building scalable models and dashboards for leadership updates.

You will lead cross-functional planning, drive GTM initiatives and surface opportunities to accelerate revenue growth in a fast-paced, ambiguity-rich environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in revenue operations, sales operations or strategy
• Strong analytical skills with experience building models from scratch
• AI native: experience with agentic plays and tooling such as cursor, n8n
• Hands-on tool experience with Salesforce, Google Sheets and BI tools
• Excellent communication with senior management and turning complex trends into actionable insights
• Practical business sense and ability to translate strategic concepts into operational implications
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across teams without direct authority
• Self-motivated and bias for action, comfortable with ambiguity in a new role

Responsibilities

• Strategic RevOps partnership with the VP and leadership team to drive data-informed decisions
• Planning: target setting, capacity planning, TAM analysis and market research
• Leadership reporting: own dashboards, QBRs, business reviews and executive materials
• Process & systems: design and optimise processes and enable tech to raise productivity
