Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking a fully remote Revenue Controller to manage working capital and provide billing support. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in MS Office, experience with e-billing systems, and excellent organisational skills. Responsibilities include monitoring transactions, liaising with clients and teams, and ensuring accurate invoicing. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Experience with Elite 3E or other e-billing systems is desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor transactions, expected fees, billing dates, and client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Partners, fee earners, and secretaries.
  • Track WIP, reduce aged items, and support monthly and annual billing targets.
  • Provide reports and billing information as requested by Partners.
  • Ensure invoices align with client and Partner instructions in collaboration with the billing team.
  • Support front-office staff with billing workflows and provide training as needed.
  • Prepare schedules for hours, disbursements, or outside counsel.
  • Ensure e-billing processes are accurately followed.
  • Track partner credits, chase missing time entries, and resolve queries.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects and liaise with Credit Controllers.
  • Comply with firm policies, legal obligations, and risk procedures.
