Evotym is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive expansion across the assigned region in a fully remote capacity. You will focus on building relationships with financial institutions, owning the end-to-end sales cycle, and delivering on regional targets.

Ideal candidates bring strong B2B payments experience, a proven track record of closing complex deals, and a broad network of decision-makers across the region.

Formación

• Strong B2B sales experience in payments, card acquiring, issuer processing, or banking technology.
• Proven track record of independently generating business and closing complex deals with financial institutions.
• Good knowledge of the target region and an established network of relevant decision-makers.
• Experience managing sales cycles involving commercial, technical, and executive stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute regional sales strategy for issuer and acquirer processing, white-label payment gateways, and digital banking platform solutions.
• Develop a regional sales plan, identifying target accounts and opportunities.
• Build and manage a pipeline through your network, proactive outreach, and industry connections.
• Own the full sales cycle, from initial discussions and proposals to negotiations and closing.
• Build trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders, Heads of Cards, and payment and technology leaders.
• Collaborate with product, technical, risk, and compliance teams to address client needs and support onboarding.
• Take ownership of regional sales targets, forecasting, and CRM reporting.
