Job summary

Evotym, a fast-growing fintech, seeks a hands-on finance professional to elevate reporting and planning. You will improve visibility, automate processes and drive data-informed decisions as the finance function expands. The role grows with the business and offers a path to owning end-to-end finance tasks.

Based in the UK, you will leverage SQL, Python and BI to deliver dashboards, automate reporting and support forecasting. A Big-4 background and fintech experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience at a Big-4 or comparable audit firm.
• Experience in payments or fintech.
• Hands-on with SQL, Python and BI for data analysis.
• Experience automating financial reporting.
• Nice to have safeguarding, regulatory reporting or interchange.
• ACA/ACCA/CFA qualification.
• Experience building finance processes from scratch.
• English and Russian language proficiency.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Cyprus or the UK.
• Experience in fintech.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse financial data, reports and business performance metrics.
• Build and improve financial reporting, dashboards and analytical tools.
• Automate finance processes and reporting using SQL, Python, BI or other relevant tools.
• Support financial planning, forecasting and data-driven decision-making.
• Work across teams on finance projects and process improvements.
• Own finance tasks and processes, gradually expanding your responsibilities.
• Help build and develop the finance function as the company grows.
