Job summary

Ageas is seeking a Regional Contractor Performance Lead to drive performance across our in-house building repair network. This remote role includes regular travel across the North-East of England, Scotland and Northern Ireland, with a salary up to £54,000 depending on experience.

You will manage contractor performance, conduct file audits and site inspections, identify risks, and support repair strategy. A data-driven, collaborative approach with stakeholders is essential to deliver outstanding
