Ageas is seeking a Regional Contractor Performance Lead to manage contractor performance, audits, and strategic improvements within our Building Repair Network. This role requires data-driven decision making, stakeholder engagement, and strong technical knowledge of construction and insurance claims.

The position is remote with regular travel across the North-East of England, Scotland and Northern Ireland, with a salary up to £54,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractor performance through reviews, data and clear targets.
• Carry out file audits and site inspections to ensure quality and cost control.
• Identify risks and report insights to support decision-making.
• Support repair strategy, including large loss and subsidence cases.
• Build strong relationships and provide technical support across stakeholders.
