Job summary

MPJ Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Contracts Manager covering the North region. You will oversee a network of repair contractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.

You will challenge performance and take full responsibility for successful delivery from start to finish. You will manage contractor performance, conduct site inspections, and drive improvements while building strong relationships with stakeholders and maintaining safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing contractors within construction, repairs or property services.
• Strong commercial awareness and budgeting acumen.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

We're looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee a network of repair contractors across the North, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

This is a role for someone who isn't afraid to challenge poor performance, build strong relationships, and take responsibility for the successful delivery of repairs from start to finish.
