Job summary

Ageas is seeking a Regional Contractor Performance Lead to drive contractor performance across the BRN. The role focuses on audits, data-informed improvements, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver high-quality repair experiences while controlling indemnity spend.

Remote work with travel across the North-East England, Scotland and Northern Ireland is expected. You’ll join a high-performing Home Claims team reporting to the Building Repair Network Operations Manager, handling performance

Qualifications

• Experience in contractor management and performance improvement.
• Ability to audit files and carry out site inspections with cost control.
• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation for decision support.

Responsibilities

• Manage contractor performance through reviews, data, and targets.
• Carry out file audits and site inspections to ensure quality and cost control.
• Identify risks and report insights to support decision-making.
• Support repair strategy, including large loss and subsidence cases.
• Build relationships and provide technical support across stakeholders.
