The successful candidate will handle the monitoring program, ensure regulatory compliance and focus on delivering customers with outcomes in line with Treating Customers Fairly. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services sector.
• Sound background in compliance monitoring, risk management and reporting processes.
• Knowledge of systems of control and following clearly defined procedures.
• Experience of working under pressure, prioritising and meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for Appointed Representatives in an allocated region.
• Manage a risk-based monitoring program to ensure compliance with network standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support FCA-driven principles to ensure Treating Customers Fairly and delivering good customer outcomes.
